You build a scalable knowledge and learning ecosystem and are responsible for planning and communicating key rollouts of new features and releases.

Your mission
- build, structure, and maintain product-related documentation (e.g., manuals, release notes, FAQs, internal guidelines)
- use AI tools to efficiently create, revise, and update texts and learning materials
- ensure uniform documentation standards, glossaries, style guides, and consistent, audience-appropriate language (including in-product texts)
- establish and maintain a central knowledge base for employees and prepare relevant content for customers
- identify internal learning needs and design learning paths (onboarding, product training, feature updates, certifications)
- plan and conduct internal software training and support the development of a train-the-trainer approach
- communicate new features internally and externally (text, visuals, presentations) and provide regular feedback to development teams
- act as a direct interface with product management, development, QA, client success, sales, and marketing; actively shape the role and product enablement area
Your profile
- Degree in Education/Educational Sciences, Communication/Media, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1); at least one language at native level
- Passion for finance and software products, with enthusiasm for diving into complex topics
- Background in project and/or process management, preferably in a software product environment
- Enjoyment of cross-functional communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
- Strong willingness to learn and proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes (e.g., agile development, release management)
- financial expertise, ideally in the context of family offices, asset managers, or investment management
- additional qualifications or proven experience in project or process management
- Experience with documentation and/or learning tools (e.g., Confluence, Zendesk, LMS, authoring tools) and AI tools for content and knowledge work
