(Senior) Quality Engineer - Data Intelligence & AI (m/f/d)

• Own and continuously improve the quality strategy for our Data Intelligence team, including AI and GenAI systems
• Design, execute, and maintain manual tests, automated tests, and AI evaluations.
• Work with development and product teams to define test scenarios and measurable AI quality criteria.
• Identify quality risks, analyze defects and root causes, and help prevent recurring issues.
• Become a trusted QA expert and share your knowledge across the delivery unit.

• A degree in computer science, a comparable technical background, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in software QA, test engineering, or a related role.
• Programming experience in Python and C# or another object-oriented language.
• Hands-on experience testing AI and GenAI systems and understanding of non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Practical experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, API testing)
• Interest in financial topics and ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and contributing to better quality practices.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers and product/domain experts.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve development or QA workflows.
• Strong English skills; German is a plus.

Nice to Have 

• Experience with complex datasets, MongoDB, or data-intensive systems.
• Experience with non-functional testing
• Experience working in financial services or asset management.
• ISTQB certification or similar QA-related certification.
